I have enjoyed every minute of living at Shadow Creek! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live. From the beginning, I was treated with top notch customer service while emailing with Erin. She answered all the questions I had (it was a lot, sorry) and never made me feel like I was being a bother. Once I stepped foot into the apartment complex, I knew this would be my next home. The buildings are well-kept, quiet, safe, and the apartment layouts are exactly what I was looking for. Upon move-in I met with Erin in the office and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is and will make you feel welcome and right at home. They have been quick to respond to maintenance issues- even minor ones and they have surface parking for no extra charge (I have never had a problem finding a spot). Another quirky plus for me is the garbage room is located in the heated underground garage that can be easily accessed from inside your building, so no need to step outside in the Wisconsin climate to take out your trash. Other bonus features: ice maker in the freezer (I dislike buying bagged ice or having to make my own), garbage disposal, ample closet space in the 2 bedrooms, plenty of windows for natural light, outdoor pool and tanning available, and underground parking for a low monthly cost! If you are looking for a great company to rent through with great rent prices, the best customer service I've ever had from a rental company and a great place to call home, look no further than Shadow Creek or T.R. Mckenzie Properties!

My building is clean, well maintained and quiet. If there is ever a maintenance issue, they are quick to send someone to take care of the issue. Access to the pool in the summer is great and free hot beverages in the clubhouse are a nice touch. I would recommend Shadow Creek and T.R. McKenzie apartments to a friend.

This has by far been the most satisfied I have ever been with any of my past apartment complexes/companies! I accepted a job in Wisconsin from out of state and was anxious about finding an apartment within a months time. I contacted Shadow Creek Apartments and within a day, I received a friendly and helpful response. They were incredibly welcoming and willing to work with me step-by-step through the contract process. I was urged to contact them with any questions I had at any time and was always responded to promptly and kindly. I was shown around the complex by the person I had been in contact with from the beginning and still receive emails inquiring how I am liking apartment. We received a personalized welcome bag and folder containing information about "hot spots" in the area. The staff at Shadow Creek Apartments made the transition easy for me because they were so caring and genuinely interested in our comfort with the apartment. Don't look anywhere else for adorable and affordable apartments! If not for anything else, rent here for the amenities and location!
