Lived at Lark for 3 years, would recommend to others! Management was always quick to respond and very helpful. Maintanence requests were followed up with urgency. Quality of the units are modern and clean. Lots of amenities, great location. Love it!

I loved every minute of living at the Lark at Kohl. The apartments are delightful, fully furnished, wonderful amenities and with a leasing office that truly cares about its residents. I was going to live there a third year but with current circumstances being what they were, I could not do so. Stephanie (General Manager) went above and beyond for me even when I had already left to country, and helped me secure a new tenant to take over my lease. That is truly the greatest hallmark of a place to live, a leasing office that cares and supports its residents.
