Not sure why the ratings are low. After graduating college (a year ago), I thought it would be hard being able to rent an apartment without starting my job yet but the leasing office worked with me and were very patient. The apartments are beautiful and in such a nice area. I never had any issues with neighbors or anything like that. Everything is well taken care of and up to date. Actually a little sad that Im moving, really did love living here. Everything is also so close!

I was a little worried about the reviews but wanted to check out the location because the prices and features (underground parking included with studio!!) were considerably better than any other apartment in the greater Madison area. Ultimately, I'm so glad that I chose Autumn Creek Apartments over the others. Both Kevin and Whitney made the leasing process and move-in a breeze. Upon move-in I had an immaculately clean apartment. In addition to the cleanliness, there was a hand written card welcoming me to my new residence...I thought that was a really nice touch :) The maintenance team is great as well...I had a small issue that I had put in a maintenance request after hours for. The very next morning, a member of the maintenance team came and fixed the problem---for a fairly large complex, this is excellent service! Being in the military, I've rented at several other places. That said, I can confidently say that this is hands-down the best renting experience I've had..especially given the price, wow! Great job Autumn Creek team!

I’ve only lived here since July but I really like my place. It’s spacious and the floor plan is great. The office people have been nothing but nice even since I was just a prospective resident.
About the only negative I can speak of so far is the fact it’s right next to the train tracks and a little further than that is the interstate. Trains are pretty rare though and I’m used to the interstate traffic (can barely hear it anyway unless your windows are open).
Overall it’s close to work for me, it’s easy to get downtown or onto the highway. The east side of Madison as a whole seems to be in a bit of decline but with this apt it seems like it’s close enough to the west side or the expansions going on in Sun Prairie while still living at a reasonable price in a luxury style apartment in Madison.
