I have relocated for work and am looking to find a subletter to take over my half of the lease. I lived in this apartment for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it. The location is awesome - a few blocks away from the Capitol, steps from a local grocery store, and within a short walk to many restaurants/bars and parks.
The space is great too - the apartment is huge, and the available room is the master suite with a large walk-in closet and private bathroom (access to the bathroom is through the room only). The kitchen is big, has ample counter space, and overlooks the patio/porch. The living space is already furnished by my roommate with a few reclining couches, a nice TV, and a big kitchen table. The apartment also contains modern appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and high speed internet.
