The house is beautiful, but there’s black mold in the basement which has given me and my roommates breathing issues. We’ve had to call maintenance many times about things not working in our apartment, but they came very quickly. The house is in disrepair, but it has a lot of charm.
I lived here as a sublease in Winter 2014. It was nice for a temporary place.
