This single family home applicant must have a minimum credit score of 700, verifiable gross monthly income of three times the monthly rent, 2 years of current and consecutive housing references, no unsatisfied money judgments, no evictions in the last 10 years, no bankruptcies in the last 5 years, no criminal convictions in the last 10 years, no outstanding debts to utility companies, and verifiable employment of at least 6 months or a transfer. Full nationwide credit, criminal and eviction records will be part of the screening process. All previous landlords will be contacted.
