Ive been living here for about three years now and Ive heard nothing but excellent service from the office and I absolutely love my remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Also there are nice sized Bedrooms and bathrooms I could never asked for anything better.

I really do like living here. The maintenance is really good about getting things fixed. Carrie and Brooke are really nice and helpful whenever needed. I've never had an issue with parking. I renewed my lease without thinking twice about it. Also they updated their gym which I love using. They also upgraded the pool furniture and I can't wait for it to open.

Brooke and Carrie are AMAZING!! They are so accommodating and will do so much to help with any situation that you're in. I had to move apartments because my roommate moved out: they immediately went to work finding me a new place. I had was looking for a new place with a new roommate: they immediately gave me some options and filled me in on what was coming available. They are sweet as can be and amazing women! The apartments themselves are decent, comfortable, pretty up-to-date and the location is really convenient being right off of 65.

"Meh", pretty much sums my experience up so far. The apartments are okay, spacious, but pricey. Studios for example are over the $560+ range. Deposits are really bad too, I ended up coughing $800+ even with a great credit score. Refrigerators and stoves are the bare-dry minimum, nothing fancy at all. Showers are also average, don't expect a steamy experience. Lots of rules and regulations here, so much so that it feels like you're living on someone else's turf rather than your own apartment. The on-site gym is nice, for what it is. Really, it's about the best thing this complex has going for it. And now for the cons, and by far my biggest of them is the parking. Holy balls, Batman, is it 'HORRID'. There's hardly any places to park, especially at nights, and cars are so cramped together. Expect to create and have dents in vehicles doors, and god speed to you if you have a big truck. Factor in the many broken-down vehicles which forever stay taking up the same spot season after season, and, by god, you're in for one heck of an experience. What's frustrating is that there're plenty of open land space to afford for new parking areas, in front of AND behind the complex. Parking is that bad here, folks, and I've yet to see management do a thing about it. There's also these road gutters at the lot entrance, another cause for concern, which I believe are clogged. If the area suffers a bad rain, these gutters 'will' flood, and I have seen first-hand a 1/4th of the lot submerged with the fishes thanks to that. Speaking of flooding, do be aware the complex is located not too far from a huge ditch, and that too will have a tendency to flood the area if there's a bad rain. Back to the apartments themselves, keep an eye out for pests coming from the sink, Fruit Flies for instance, and Roaches too - the humongous American Variety. They say they have pest control to deal with it ( ), but I've seen the biggest roach crawling about the day after pest control came around the area. TL;DR, the place is okay, but improvements are necessary, especially in regards to parking and the lot itself.

They even came out Christmas day to disable our oven because it wouldn't turn off and they were there within hours after my roommate broke the tank of our toilet. The people in the office are always friendly and even though you're next to the airport you can't hear a thing from inside the apartments unless the windows are open.

I APPLIED AND PAID THE $35 APPLICATION FEE AND $100 HOLDING FEE AND WAS TOLD MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE $100 DEPENDING ON RENTAL HISTORY AND NOT CREDIT AND MY LENGHT OF EMPLOYMENT DOES NOT MATTER JUST HAVE PAY STUBS BY CHANTIA BUT THEN BRANDY CALLED ME AFTER I APPLIED AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY $1200 DEPOSIT BECAUSE OF CREDIT AND RECENT EMPLOYMENT UM IM SORRY FOR GETTING A DEGREE AND STARTING A CAREER, IM SORRY IM NOT 50 YEARS OLD WITH 25 YEARS OF RENTAL HISTORY THESE PEOPLE MISLED ME AND IM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE
