Availability is immediate. The application fee is $75 per adult (although you may be able to apply through Zillow for FREE). Supplemental documentation may be required upon request and submission of your application, including, but not limited to, a valid copy of a government identification card, proof of income (e.g. employer statement of income, 1099s, valid pay check stubs, or tax returns), and rental references. A one-year lease is required (but a discounted rent rate is applicable for long term tenants). A deposit equalling at least the same as the first month's rent is required- however, the deposit may vary based on one's creditworthiness and other qualifying factors at the time of application. We reserve the right to refuse application of anyone with a current or outstanding eviction of 10 years or newer.

The base rental price is $1450. However, we offer a graded or sliding scale rental rate, depending on the lease term that you select. Please note, we currently do not offer a lease term for less than one year. A one year lease is $1,450. Any lease above and beyond the standard 12 month agreement shall be negotiated between the parties, based on credit worthiness and other relevant factors.
