Street Parking in the area is on the easier side as far as LA goes. The unit will be freshly painted a neutral white that will differ than the color in the pictures shown when the current tenants leave at the end of February. There have been a few other cosmetic upgrades as well.
You would share access (with the owners who live downstairs) to the wonderful backyard with water feature, plenty of seating and areas to relax, fire-pit and outdoor dining/BBQ area with Weber grill. We have great pride of ownership and the property is very well maintained as we live in the downstairs unit.
The apartment is located in a great area on the edge of Silverlake and is a short walk or a close drive/rideshare to all of the great hotspots to eat/drink/shop in Silverlake and Echo Park on Sunset Blvd. Doubting Thomas is a 5 min walk, Cafecito Organica, La Columbe, Intelligentsia, and many more are all very close for you coffee fans =)
We are also very convieniently located to Downtown, the 101, 110, 5 and the 2 freeway.
