I've lived here for a year now and couldn't be happier with the service and living environment. The staff is always friendly and available, they are ready and willing to help with whatever you need. The grounds are kept beautiful and neat--along with the beautiful pool! Caitlin, my leasing agent, has been such a help with anything I need. I highly recommend renting at Wellsley Park!

I've lived at WP since December 2015 and have enjoyed it immensely. Having moved back after spending 6 years in Los Angeles, I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of personal touch I've experienced in my time at WP compared to past apartment complexes. Not only do I enjoy my interactions with the members of the team in the WP office, but my dog Jack practically tries to drag me inside every time we happen to pass nearby on a walk because he knows they always give him attention and treats. There are many cool aspects to the property that I've found quite unique: trash pickup at your door each weeknight, very prompt and quality maintenance service, a great fire pit/gill area, a large pool, a clean gym, a party room, and a media room just to name a few. I would recommend the property to anyone. It's well-worth it.

I lived in Wellsley park in 2015. The apartments are beautiful and most importantly, very safe. We walked around the complex at night with no fear of anything bad happening. The location is perfect, price appropriate, and amenities plentiful. I used the pool and gym frequently to train for a 4 mile race with no problem or issue with crowding. So satisfied we are moving back there after having a short stint in FL this past year.

I have lived here for two years and have nothing but good things to say. The rent is a little higher than others but you save on electric because its built well. The utility bill is also 1/4 of the last apt i lived in. Hillary, Christine and Caitlen are all amazing to work with and are willing to help all residents. There is not a nicer complex in West Knoxville and no other place I will live until I buy a house.

This is a great place. Staff is friendly and very helpful and maintenance is impeccable with short response times. The grounds are kept very clean, with nice flowers. Plenty of parking lots and a well equipped gym. The price is fair, but the apartments ain't brand new. I enjoyed living here for 6 months before heading home to Europe.

Amazing place! Being one of the newest apartments compound in Knoxville is certainly an advantage. Everything is new and designed beautifully. I have been thoroughly impressed with Wellsley Park at Deane Hill. After researching several complexes, I knew that this one was the one for me. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities are top notch and the space is incredible for the price! Every person that has came to visit me has been impressed with the overall appearance of the complex and some have even considered moving here if they ever decide to downsize from their homes. I would definitely recommend Wellsley Park.
