Office staff is terrible. Manager is hardly walking or looking after the property. Only one Laundry room with 4 washing machines in which 2 have been broken for the last 2 months. Manager NINA is terrible, I have never seen her walking the property once, Her assistant MATT is even worse, they hardly answer phones, and office is often closed during business hours. Residents let their pets defecate in front of other residents buildings with no enforcement from management to have them clean after or even assign certain area for that. This surely could cause health problems but management don't care. Mainly, they just pass the time inside office and all hell can take place outside for all they care. Also, recently rain gutters have been directed into gardens by the entrance of many buildings and due to heavy rain mud has been piling in front of building's walkways but dare they clean it! NO.....so as you walk to your apt form your car expect to almost slip like many of my neighbors or even walk with muddy shoes either coming or going to work... These people are idiots, don't rent.. just run and go somewhere else.

Amazing staff! I haven't even signed my lease yet and they are already helping me get things situated with my move!! They have gone above and beyond what I expected and have really made it easy choosing my first home in Tennessee!

I have not been pleased with how pest problems were handled. I have had an ongoing large bug/roach like creature problem for several months....

I have not been pleased with how pest problems were handled. I have had an ongoing large bug/roach like creature problem for several months. Each time I alerted the staff they said their pest control came to spray but then a few weeks later the bugs would be back. On my forth request I was told "there's nothing we can do about bugs coming inside." I try to be reasonable but telling me there was nothing to be done about this ongoing problem was not satisfactory in my opinion. The apartments aren't terrible but just be aware that there is a high chance you will be visited by bugs.
