Having lived here for over a year, we are now subject to the month to month fee. I have never heard of anything so stupid in my life. Parking is terrible. You know what i like when I come home from a 12 hour shift, walking 2 blocks from my car to my front door. The office staff has changed 3 times in 15 months. I once asked a question, to have it answered incorrectly and the result blamed on me. Every month we have paid the rent on time, every month, but we also have been threatened eviction every month for various reasons. They range from 1) we need you to make a decision to leave or go. Let's kick you out just in case. 2) parking again and 3) make sure you pay your 50 utility bill or we won't accept your rent check.

This place is a dump! Take a good look at the gutters that are filled and leaking, the down spouts that are clogged, and the shutters that are falling off. They dont maintain the property nor keep up with the declining apartments. There are windows you cant even see outside from the inside. Dont let the model fool you, this isnt a great place to live. The pool is gross and the furniture around it is never replaced and is broken or missing. They only have one table and not enough seating for the residents. On top of that, if you have a visitor and they dont park in the visitor lot (which is often full) they tow you without warning. Seriously, if you dont have a parking permit, consider your car gone. They have a towing company on hire that relishes getting vehicles like popping candy! Find somewhere else to live.you can do better.
