Resident responsible for all Utilities including power, and gas. HOA, Water, Sewer and Trash, is paid by property manager.

- Applicants must have good references concerning rental payment, house keeping, and property maintenance from all previous landlords
- We limit the number of occupants to no more then 2 + 1 per bedroom (State law)
- NO Smoking or Vaping on or in Property (Very expensive to mitigate).
- No assignment or subletting of lease
- Must carry a renters insurance policy with 500k personal liability and list CJL Property Management LLC : Stone Gate Series as an additional insured
