Utilities:
Tenant is responsible for payment of electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash utilities, based on usage.
Tenant Screening Policy:
All applicants are evaluated using the same objective screening criteria, which may include rental history, credit history, income verification, employment stability, and criminal conviction history.
Criminal history is reviewed on an individualized basis and considers the nature of the offense, time elapsed since conviction, and relevance to the safety of persons or property. Arrests not resulting in conviction are not considered.
Screening decisions are made in compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws, and without discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
