If I could give these people 0 stars I would. This place is a straight up dump. There are huge roaches and mice in the building. Something is always broken. They cut off the water all the time and in November there was no heat for an entire week! My kids were home for Thanksgiving and got sick because of how cold it was in our apartment. And you complain but management doesn't care. All they want is your money. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves!

They are thieves. They steal your money like they did mine. The downstairs people complained about noise and they sent me a lawyer letter...

They are thieves. They steal your money like they did mine. The downstairs people complained about noise and they sent me a lawyer letter and charged me $400 dollars for the lawyers letter. Stay away and be aware. Im telling you I spoke to other tenants and they were saying similar things.

The elevators never work they are always fixing the water so dont be surprised if you wake up one morning and theres no water the walls and floors are super thin so you can hear everything and everybody can hear you and as if all that isnt enough the building is FULL of huge roaches wish i could insert pictures of what i walked into this week roaches all over the floor on the 1st floor on the walls peoples doors everywhere its disgusting Ive never seen this many roaches before in my life... please dont waste your money moving in here just because its more affordable than other buildings on this street you will regret it

I am currently a resident at this building. It is a nice building and the Super is amazing, however the building manager and staff are so unprofessional and unorganized, you will get a lot of incorrect information for example: When viewing the apartment, we were told about the AC fee, being $350 that we pay in September. We asked if we can have as many AC as we would like, and the response was yes. Later we received an e-mail indicating it was $350 PER AC, which we were not told. When viewing the apartment, we were also told that the gym was part of the building, however then received one e-mail stating it was $225 per year per household and then a follow up e-mail stating it was $250. We asked if we were allowed to mount TVs and hand curtain rods. We were told yes, and to put in a request with the super so he can assist us, as we don't want it to affect our security deposit. Later to be told we arent allowed to mount TVs. With the apartment, you only get one spot. You can pay an additional amount for a second one however only for overnight parking that we were told starts at 7pm. Later to find out that this is not accurate. When we brought up these concerns to the managing office, they were very rude and unprofessional. Moral of the story, if youre going to think of moving here, make sure you write every detail down and cross check it before signing.
