Moved in to a remodeled unit, lived there for 2 years. About 1.5 year in, tiny roaches showed up everywhere, that's when I decided to leave. Jose, the super is great, he helps out whenever he can. Laundry unit needs to be updated, takes too long to fix if broken. No A/C meaning it's hot & humid in the summer but winter wasn't bad. Nice location cozy neighborhood but if you are unlucky like me. You will have loud neighbor, cops showed up at least once a month. Would I go back? Hell no. There's better apts. without pest control issue.

AWFUL! RUN THE OTHER WAY!! NO consideration for tenants. Always doing pointless LOUD construction projects EVERY WEEKEND AT 7AM. You can always rely on...

NO consideration for tenants. Always doing pointless LOUD construction projects EVERY WEEKEND AT 7AM. You can always rely on landscapers waking you up every Mon & Tues @ 7am. Coin laundry with 4 small residential washer/dryers from the 90's ($3 a load). Not allowed to decorate for holidays. Not allowed to BBQ. Everything breaks in apts because its cheap materials, even in their "RENOVATED/UPDATED APTS". Don't expect your deposit back because EVERYTHING is YOUR FAULT. Raise the rent 2% EVERY YEAR. They put letters in your door making up new rules, every week that aren't in your lease. ONLY do 1 year leases, so you're stuck there!!! I can go on and on and on and on. P.S. NEVER ANY STREET PARKING AVAILABLE, because the hospital employees from and visitors park here ALL HOURS OF THE DAY. I'm going nuts here as you can see...lol. I cant wait until my lease is up!!!!!!!!!
