Westfield is an awesome place to live and I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone! They have many amenities including onsite M-F maintenance whom they answer to guest's requests in a great timely manner. It a quie, peaceful, and friendly community. Thank you Westfield!!!

I recently moved in with my significant other near the end of April 2019. My first impressions of this place are astounding. Communication with the landlord here during work hours (and I calculated it) is 3 minutes on average for response times. I had an issue with the private garage door opener, and maintenance fixed it right away. The quality of staff here is most impressive. As far as the location& noise - it is close to the freeway and that makes it quite central to get to where you need to go. I came from living off of Greenfield ave in West Allis. The first few nights staying here it was eerily quiet for me. Not hearing any cars outside, footsteps from the apartment above, or music blaring from the neighbor next door has been a wonderful improvement. It got to the point where I had to put a fan on to fall asleep because it has been dead silent, and I was so used to traffic noises when trying to sleep. Amenities: The appliances work really well. The in unit washer/dryer is a game changer, stove heats well and has a timer, and I promise you the kitchen has more than enough cabinet space to hold everything you need. I've never seen so much space for storage in the kitchen, and the ~5' wide pantry is very helpful for that. Spacious living room with a private balcony/patio, outlets everywhere, shower heats up fast and lasts, and bedrooms can accommodate a California King mattress along with lots of hanger space for clothing in the closets. Misc - One of my favorite things so far has been the online portal for applicants and residents. I was able to complete the application process completely online, and without ever having to go to the office. The Resident Portal is really intuitive and lets you submit easy maintenance requests, payments are a breeze to setup and split with your roommate, and there's also the capability to view a digital (fillable PDF form) copy of your lease. The garage also is private - you get your own opener as well as a key code and backup key for opening it. It fits one car and has a surprising amount of storage inside the back of it. Overall best place I've lived, great cost for what you get, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
