Convenient place to live. HOWEVER. Maintenance is THE WORST. Called about a clogged tub that I already tried to fix with drano. Took all night for the water to go down. 8 hours! So I call for maintenance around 230pm Friday and the man acts like it's my fault. And how dare I call SO LATE. And how dare I ask someone to come out on Saturday. Says someone will be there Monday morning and hangs up. I hope the owners see this. Please fire him. He's clearly not doing his job. The job he gets paid for. The job I asked him to do. The job he puts off until next week so I have to stand in a tub of dirty water while I shower. Oh and the garbage disposal broke a while back. The washer broke. And the front door freezes in the winter.

I am a old person. I told the manager about my cheap carpeting is coming up in just 2 years and it's right where I walk all day and every day, he said he would fix it but never did. If I fall I'm going to sue him. There are no lights when it's dark except if and when residents have their outside lights on, that's all. Don't go in the middle of the apartments out on the glass because there aren't any lights at all so someone could be waiting for you!!!! Also you have to go swimming in the dark, so very NOT SAFE!!!!. Watch out for the drunks that drink and smoke AT POOR SIDE!! But that's because they're the managers drinking buddies at the Packer parties that are in the club house. Which by the way isn't in your rent because if you want to use the club you have to RENT it for $100.00 plus a check for $500.00 just in case you break things. And make sure you clean it. There's a daily cleaning crew but they can't do it you have to. The basement where your storage is it's damp and dirty, pipes leaking but still didn't get fixed months later!!! Underground parking but of course you have to pay extra for it!!! The manager is mean will talk you down if you make him mad!!!!! Rain Gutters make a lot of noise right next to the bedroom window also right out your door, so watch out!!! This use to be a nice place to live before the new owners/management!!! You can live here if you don't have any where else to go and if you want to pay more rent every single year after year!!!

We lived at Briarwick for 2 years and only left recently due to job relocation . The staff was always extremely helpful, friendly and handled things quickly. The area is great...we loved the large green space and the pool area. Also enjoyed that they offered events for the apartment community. Definitely would recommend Briarwick.

I have lived here coming up on my third year! Briarwick is an amazing apartment complex. They always respond to any concerns within 24 hours, and any work orders are completed quickly and professionally. I love having my own washer and dryer in the building and the upkeep of the grounds is awesome! I have never had an issue with snow being in my way! I would highly recommend Briarwick for your next apartment building!! Only downfall, is rent increases yearly, it's getting a little pricey for the area!

Do not rent. Very rude. The residents are even worse. Nosy. Always goving you weird stares. The management harrassed my mom who has lived therr for 7 years. She was short on her rent 4 dollars by mistake and they sent her a letter complaining about it. Her lease includes s parking spot and one winter, they towed her car away cuz she coild not move it into another spot. When we inquired as to who towed it so we could get it back the manager refused to gives us the info. They are crooks. They charge my mother 885.00 per month for a small 2 bed. Thats a house payment!!!! As soon as she is able she is moving. Trust me. Do not rent this crappy apartment

I lived this apartment for an year and this Apartment is a hell hole, managment is full of jerks and A***holes, always rude, cunning, never does good service, forget about deposit its not going to come back. apartment is really old, smells bad, carpet never changed for years. Car emblem are stolen all the time, lot of suspecious people walking around, not safe for children. A rotten disgusting apartment i ever lived Bottom line "DONOT RENT"

We've had mice and they did take care of it right away but I don't know why we had them. About a year ago, a squirell scrached threw our ceiling. When we called the office they said it was nothing. They only believed us when the squirell was in are appt. Also there are people who don't like here come in the pool all the time and they never do anything about it. And the rent is high even though the apartments arn't very nice.
