The base rent is $1100 per month, which includes water, sewer, and trash. The tenant pays $100.00 per month for gas and electric bill for the first person and $25 per month for an additional tenant. Lease term in 12 months.
ONE CAT OR ONE SMALL DOG under 20 lbs. is allowed for additional deposit and monthly fee.
There is an onsite coin operated laundry facility for tenants only.
