Our bike friendly community, sidewalk tree lined streets, and public transportation offer many advantages to explore our quaint city!
We are updating our apartments as they become available with all new paint, flooring, appliances, window treatments, vanities, and more. Off street - assigned parking is available and we have an on-site laundry room located centrally. A monthly flat fee (RUBS) of $80.00 for a one bedroom unit, $85.00 for a two bedroom unit, and $90.00 for a three bedroom unit covers the gas, water, sewer, and trash. Electric and WIFI are extra and your responsibility.
We allow one pet under 25 pounds (adult weight) with appropriate and approved paperwork. The refundable pet deposit is $300.00. The monthly pet fee is $30.00. The refundable security deposit on a one bedroom is $500.00, $750.00 for a two bedroom, and $1,000.00 for a three bedroom. There is a monthly fee of $9.30 for RLL, the tenant is responsible for Renter's Insurance.
