STAY AWAY! This place is awful. They went through 4 property managers in less than a year, and none of them were professional or responsive. The apartments have upgrades, and look nice on the outside, but as a resident you'll have to deal with horrible infestations, aggressive dogs, dog poop all over the sidewalks, and broken down cars taking up all the parking spaces. They management staff pretends to care, but as soon as you have an issue, they will just brush it off and ignore you.

If you are thinking of living here, DON’T. They switched management and it is terrible. The manager Aleah will treat you like dirt. Since the moment she started everything went downhill. If you read reviews on google, you will see multiple residents mention her. Our rent went up and we were explained by her that it went up because our apartment was going to be remodeled. Our apartment was never remodeled. We had a dishwasher they didn’t even make parts for anymore (what the maintenance man told me), and a fridge from thgrease 50’s. When we first moved in the management approved our pets that we had, but when Aleah came into management she threatened to evict us if we didn’t get rid of our cat. They also entered our apartment without ANY notice! I have them on camera (which is when she saw my cat and decided we couldn’t keep her). We decided to move out because we were sick of dealing with Aleah and her management team. They charged us 800 dollars in move in fees (a flea treatment) which they were suppose to do throughout our stay living there! We requested pest control so many times, they never do pest control or spray outside so you always have fleas! They also charged us for days we didn’t live there after our lease already ended and refuse to fix the charges. Her and her team are terrible. You can find way better housing in Gainesville.

The apartments are super cute! By fair the best 1/1 with a washer and dryer complex in the city that doesn't cost a fortune. Maintenance was fast. The leasing manager was very nice and helpful at the time of resigning. The gym wasn't the worse, but definitely could be better. I moved hours away and my cute apartment is the only thing I'll miss in Gainesville.

We stayed here for 5 years until we moved out last March 2018. The first Property Manager Tracy was very pleasant and professional until she retired last 2014. Since then they have several Property Manager that didn't stayed long. As years passed by it's getting worst. I never had encountered a Property Manager like Aleah who is rude, a liar, unprofessional, and had behavioral and attitude problem. Twice that I witnessed her shouting and had an unpleasant encounter with one of the tenants in her office. And guess what last summer of 2017 our bathroom was flooding and I talked to her over the phone and explained the situation. She was really rude.So my husband went to her office and talk to her nicely. But to my husband's surprise she bluntly told him that she doesn't appreciate his coming to her office. Whhaat? We were flooding and it needs a quick action. My husband is fed up and called the cop right away. After a while Aleah called me up and told me that she send a maintenance guy to fix the problem. It was only initially fixed and had to wait 2 weeks to finally changed the toilet bowl. After we moved out last March she send a letter just this June and charge us with a ridiculous amount for the tub,odor removal,carpet and bolt. The charges are way too costly. There was no damaged except for the normal wear and tear of staying for 5 years. We never hang any wall decoration, no pets and non smokers, and always kept it clean. She refused to sched a final walk through inspection with me and now I know why. Beware of this two face property Manager. Her smile is deceiving and is completely a liar. Don't live here unless you wanna deal with a Property Manager who has an attitude problem,poor customer service, and only cares about the money. Our neighbor for 3 years have the same complaint when she leave the unit last year. I should have listened to her. For those who still live here beware because by the time you move out you'll be the one to shoulder all the expenses of the upgrade. The apartment is old and never upgraded except for the installation of washer and dryer 2 years ago. If only I could give 0 star I would. Update: 7/17/18 I don't think you're after the satisfaction of your tenant because it doesn't show when I went there last week. It's still the same poor customer service! This is what we've got after staying here for 5 years and religiously maintaining the unit properly. Here is the thing change your Property Manager and I'm sure the service will improve. Savannah is a joke and so is the Property Manager who is only after the money of the tenant. For future residents BEWARE if you wanna save yourself from unreasonable charges when you move out don't live here!
