There is also Central Air and Heat, a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and a refrigerator (if needed for an extra fee).

Qualification Requirements/ Pet Deposit:
Pet deposit $500.00 for dogs, $300.00 for cats.
Security Deposit: Half of one months rent on approved credit (Score of 720+), anything below will be reviewed for approval and the security deposit will be determined.
No evictions or recent delinquent marks on credit to be considered for approval.
