Great place to live, Casa del Rio was our home for three years. We loved our time there but we out grew the place due to our family growing. The building manager Pam was awesome, always made sure the building was clean and safe. Never hesitated to get things fixed when we had an issue. Held community gatherings throughout the years where different food vendors would show up just for the residents . And we loved during the holidays that lights were hung up to get the Christmas spirit spread around the complex. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, Casa del Rio was awesome!

My wife and I lived in a two bed/two bath apartment in Casa del Rio Seco for three years and liked it. The apartment complex is pretty quiet and safe, and I appreciated the new amenities that they installed to make it nicer -- the updated facade and landscaping are beautiful, new gym is great, loved the boxes at the front to prevent package theft (though we never had a problem with that even before the boxes), etc. Management was responsive whenever we had problems (thanks Pam!), and our rent stayed pretty much the same the entire time we were there. Would definitely recommend!

I lived at Casa Del Ro for a year and really enjoyed my time there. Its close to shops and Firestone Blvd (5-8m) and super close to a couple of freeway entrances. Not super walkable but its in a good spot. It was also gated which is a plus! Our apartment was a nice 2 bedroom with close proximity to the laundry facility (theres two in the building). Our apartment was newly remodeled and clean when we moved in. No bug issues. Anytime we put in a maintenance request, things got resolved pretty quickly. Maintenance staff was also super friendly and professional. They recently opened up a gym and renovated the building, which was nice. I think the building renovations took longer than expected but thats pretty normal whenever doing construction. They tried their best to notify all people of changes + renovations, so we appreciated that. The apartment is pet friendly too. We also had storage space in one of the designated parking areas which was great. From time to time we did notice that people experiencing homelessness would hop over the fence to look in the trash cans but theyd hop back out soon after. I realize that may make many people uncomfortable but its not really within the managers control. The manager was pretty responsive and friendly. Id definitely consider living here again!
