Your rent includes a bed, a spacious dresser, a sleek TV stand, a high-quality TV, a comfortable couch, a stylish living room chair, and a functional table. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with utensils, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. We've even provided linens and other essentials, ensuring that you have everything you need to feel right at home.

Application and Lease Details:
- Application Fee: $50, payable upon application submission.
- Minimum Security Deposit: $500, required to secure your unit.
- One-Time Administration Fee: $75, due at move-in.
- Optional Monthly Expenses:
- Parking: $75/month

Qualification Criteria for Residential Applicants:
To ensure an exceptional living experience, we uphold the following screening standards:
- Household gross monthly income should be 3 times the base rent.
- Minimum credit score of 625.
- No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments).
- Clear criminal history.
- Clean rental track record.

Utility Guidelines:
- Unit water, sewer, trash, and internet are set up and billed back by the landlord at a flat rate of $100/monthly.
- Common area electric, water, sewer, and trash are set up and billed back by the landlord
- Residents are responsible for arranging MidAmerican Electricity & Gas.

Amenities:
- Enjoy the convenience of our gym and rooftop patio.
- Revel in our pet-friendly ambiance without breed restrictions.
- Watch your pets run free in our fenced in pet area.
- Limit of 2 pets per household, encompassing dogs, cats, small aquariums (10 gallons or less), tanks (10 gallons or less), and caged animals like hamsters, ferrets, and rabbits.
- A $300 pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet fee apply.
