- No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments).
- Clear criminal history.
- Clean rental track record.
Utility Guidelines:
- Common area electric, water, sewer, and trash are set up and billed back by the landlord.
- Unit water, sewer, trash are set up and billed back by the landlord base on usage.
- Residents are responsible for arranging MidAmerican Electricity & Gas, cable, and internet services to their liking.
