They are decently priced comparatively and the manager Mike is a total sweetheart. I have had issues but its always been resolved in a positive manner either by the manager or Skyline Properly Management. I wish the best for Mike and the entire apartment complex.

Lived here 2 years. Mike is the most reliable landlord I have ever had. Everything is so well maintained and taken care of. Pool is heated. So quiet here too. No major crime issues here. Not too many kids but just enough to keep each other occupied. Dog friendly. I love living here and wont move if I can continue to afford it. But, this is like the most affordable place youll find in Denver for the quality and value. Great apartments.

Love living here, the size of the apartments are great and our apartment was given new carpet, painted and tiles in bathrooms regrouted. Mike is always helpful and any maintenance issues are taken care of well. The water and heating is reliable also.

I lived here for three years, it was my first apartment. I went to DU so the location was perfect. Some people said the area was a little questionable, but there was never an issue during my time here. Some of the buildings are more up to date than others, but even the old ones are livable. The rent has skyrocketed but it isn't much different than similar places. Without doubt the best part about living here is the property manager, Mike. He is always on call and knows every tenant by name. He goes above and beyond every single day (he even comforted me after a break up!) I wish I didn't have to move away. Cons: My unit didn't have washer dryer (not sure about others since there were laundry units on each floor) The walls can feel a little thin at times, but most of the time it isn't an issue. For the non-remodeled units, the rent might be considered a little high There aren't many "amenities" you find at other places, but the pool is always kept clean and available, weather permitting. Pros: HUGE units! I had a smaller one and it was over 800sqft MIKE! Without a doubt he makes living here worth it Decent location while still feeling isolated enough from traffic Trash area gives plenty of room so it never overflows and looks nice Small community of people, most of which are long term renters (my neighbors had been there over 15 years) There is a decent selection of food near by, including two grocery stores within a mile either direction. Highly recommend having a look at this place if you're considering it.
