Denver rent prices increased over the last month. From February to March, the city experienced a 0.54% increase for the price of a one-bedroom apartment. The rent price for a Denver one-bedroom apartments currently stands at $1,665.0.

When we take a look at the two-bedroom comparison from February to March, Denver experienced a -0.55% decrease for the price of a two-bedroom apartment. The rent price for a Denver two-bedroom apartments currently stands at $2,175.0.
