The location and price are amazing. Honestly, not sure if it is worth it though. The managers, Janet and John, onsite are over bearing and possibly certifiably insane. They create rules that are not in the lease, such as making those with service animals use different doors or a rule that only 2 people are allowed at the pool from your apartment. If one of these "rules" are broken, Janet will scream in your face (literally). The only thing that counters the craziness that is Janet is Rozeboom Management, her employer. They are very responsive and help to tame Janet when she goes off the rail and starts making up rules. When I called mid panic attack after Janet screamed in my face for having 3 guests at the pool instead of two and then again for taking my emotional support animal out the front door, they assured me that the rules Janet had been creating were not coming from them and to let them know if anything else happened. The passive aggressive signs from Janet were taken down the next day and she has not said anything to me in the past 2 weeks since it happened. That being said, I won't be ending my lease early, but do not recommend this property for anyone under the age of 50, as Janet does not like younger people. She will make your life miserable and until she is no longer the manager there I would not rent at this location. You could be the quietest 20 or 30 something and she will still scream at you for something.
John and Janet are the best. They are so nice and friendly. I give them 5 stars.

I've lived here for a year and half and completely love it. I have always had a great experience with John and Janet, very attentive, and quick to respond with any requests. Things are kept very clean in the gameroom and the pool. I highly recommend anyone to this apartment complex. You won't be dissapointed!

The Park Sedona apartments are a mediocre community. My roomate and I moved in 6 months ago and cannot wait to move out. We are getting complaints toward us for being loud, yelling and screaming on the weekends and received a note that it is happening every weekend. I work at a bar every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night so am not even in the building on the weekends. Apparently there are some tenants in the building that have rented here 20+ years who don't like to hear noises from other rooms. Just a warning for young people who like to have fun and listen to music on the weekends with friends, DO NOT MOVE INTO the Park Sedona !! The apartment manger Janice will come to your door personally and bother you whether it is Friday night at 8pm or Saturday at 6:30pm . It is a very quiet community similar to a old folks home. Young people stay away from the park Sedona. If you are old and don't talk or like listening to music , I highly recommend moving into this boring apartment complex.
