This apartment complex is filthy and the management has no communication. You are given a phone number that goes right to voicemail which they do not return most of the time. We have had a mouse infestation problem (10 within 3 days) which they have "tried to fix" which just included maintenance stuffing steel wool in a corner and pest control laying down traps where we already had them. We asked if we could be transferred to a new apartment or let out of our lease but were told we would need to pay outrageous fees to do so. When the ceiling started to collapse due to a leak I was not told anything unless I went straight into the office to ask what was going on. The people who fixed it broke our flower pot and left moldy ceiling pieces on the carpet. I would not suggest living here to anyone and have taken it off the list of housing for graduate students.

I agree with the other tenant who said, "stay away, stay away...!!" Stay away from this place. All common areas are so filthy. You can never get a good sleep at this place because noise is a regular issue here. The staff are anything but helpful, they basically want to get rid of any complaints. Whenever it rains, the entrance is covered in mud, even the laundry room will be all dirty because rain water leaks there too! People throw trash in the hallways. Inside the apartment gets so freezing cold in winters and heaters can't help because windows are so old and heat is lost. Bottom line is simply that this place is not worth renting even half of what they are charging. I wish I could give it a zero star. People keep moving out and they will charge you outrageous penalties if you break the lease early. Just an advice for you if you are reading these lines and looking for an apartment: This is NOT a place you can call it home! Beware that there are other buildings nearby that are managed by the same company and they are all the same thing. Stay away from this property. It is a waste of your money and you will only be counting your days left to be able to leave!!

Stay away....stay far away. By far the worst place to live. There is no cleaning staff so the building is filthy. Every time you step in one of the hallways there strong odor of marijuana. You can see drug deals go down in parking lot. Any complaint you have the office people dont care and wont do a thing about it, which is probably why they cant keep a tenant. Tenants are constantly breaking their lease because how bad it is there. If a tenant does stick it out for the full term of their lease, they will jack the rent up on you. Kids run up and down the halls at all hours, causing trouble or trying to get into people's apartments. Kids there bully and assault other kids. One kid even set the building on fire with a bottle rocket. The place gets vandalized all the time. It's suppose to be secured access but people, that dont live there, have been able to pull hard to open the door with out the swipe key. The security cameras are non working so they cant catch the vandals. The place is just a mess.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I lived her and soon discovered that there were bed bugs everywhere! It was a complete severe infestation. I have never in my life had even seen a bed bug before living here. Threw all my stuff out and moved as soon as I could! It was so disgusting and absolutely terrible.
