Do NOT rent from them. You will regret it. My grandma warned me and I wish I would have listened to her. There's trash everywhere outside. Your animals will get fleas and worms. My neighbors were forced to move into a different apartment temporarily while these people were doing construction on the stairs and balcony. Their cat caught a parasite from the fleas that the temporary apartment was infested with and the cat died from it. Mine got fleas, hook worms, and round worms from the grass in the courtyard. This is not a good place for your animals. The laundry room is gross and sketchy. I walked in to someone sitting in the corner in the dark. The guy said he was watching the laundry spin while he was on drugs. It flooded in front of my door every time it rained. My shoes and socks would be soaked from having to walk through it. It took them 4 times to get me an ac that worked during the hottest month where I suffered in the hot apartment for a week. The maintenance guys gave me their numbers and wanted to cheat on their wives with me. They unlocked and walked into my apartment without knocking and without notice on two different occasions while I was home. Thankfully my boyfriend was there with me. We called corporate to complain about these incidents. This place is not safe for any female. The people in the office are shady. They will screw you over. I'm telling you don't do it. Do not move in here. You will regret it. I promise. I lived with them for 2 years. 2015-2017. I am so glad to be out of there. They sent my account to collections even though I paid it. I sent them a check and they cashed it before it was ever sent to collections. I am livid seeing it on my credit report months later. Now I have to call and fight with them about it. These people are the worst.

These apartments are not good at all...the people above my apartment stomped all the time when we first moved in, when they moved out and the landlord started renovations, the carpenter would know parts of the popcorn ceiling in my apartment off landing in my food and everywhere else. final get new neighbors up stairs it went good for like a couple weeks, until they bought a new puppy that they let run around all day and night, keeping me and my wife awake. office couldn't do anything about it, except tell me to call 911 anytime it happened. which only made the people upstairs mad and they would start stomping. not to mention I could hear everything that went on up there (every moan and grunt), they caused my ceiling to leak 2 times in the first month they were their. still office cant do anything...final had to file a police report on the people upstairs to get it to stop. The common areas are always nasty, dogs crap everywhere, those that did pick it up put it in a container in the middle of the court yard which filled fast and rarely was emptied...the laundry room was filthy. I don't recommend ever renting here. as for me I will never rent from an elevate community ever again.
