My job relocated me to the Quad Cities area, and so I had my choice of places to live. I chose this apartment complex and have not regretted it. My place stays cool in the summer, warm in the winter, electricity bills are low, Internet is blazingly fast, location is great, and above all, the management are super friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely care about the tenants. I would heartily recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Pet friendly too!

We really enjoyed living here for the 1.5 years we were there. The place is nice inside and out. The office ladies are very courteous and helpful as well! The reason for the 2 stars is because we had more than one instance where our cars were broken into, and aside from getting the police involved, there was nothing done by the apartment complex to prevent/address this issue. Also, we were under the impression that our lease was a 6 month extension, however in paperwork we were extended out 7 months for our lease for some reason, which we caught with only a few months left on our lease. Make sure when signing your lease paperwork with the office that you carefully check the dates you are signing up for, because they may not be what was discussed. We bought a house exactly 6 months after our lease was supposed to end, thus planning it all out, but now we are stuck with and extra months rent (over 1000 dollars).

I moved here in November of 2015 and I stayed until June of 2017. Only reason I moved out was because I was relocating to another state and I must say this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. It is so peaceful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I am big on feeling safe and secure where ever I lived and trust me this is the place to feel that way. Never had an issue with getting my maintainance request filled. Best Apartment Ever!! I miss you guys

Alexis at Perry Pointe, Overall from what I can see it looks like it would be a great place to live. We would have loved to sign a lease here, But being you have know wheelchair accessible unit's with a full walk in shower. Almost everywhere I've looked has been a major let down. I feel like it should be a law to have at least 1 unit fully modified for a person who is wheelchair bound. Maybe for the future, The owner should look into making a few unit's completely accessible for people who are in wheelchair's.

This complex is there worst place i have ever lived. I had to contact city hall because of the apartments being so cheaply insulated, the window broke from the cold weather and it never got fixed, and you can hear everything whats happening next door. The management does not do anything. I always paid my bill five days before the first every month and still i ended up with a bunch of fees that were unnecessary. I tried contacting them and taking a three and half hour trip to go get the money they owe me back and i have not received anything. Before i left I gave them a one month reminder that I'm moving and i left the apartment really clean. Maintenance checked the apartment and said it was amazingly clean. I did everything perfect and they came up with a lot of fees and charged my deposit. They could not even call me back to talk and explain these fees.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX
