3. A deposit of 1 months rent is required.($1,695)
4. Please ensure honesty regarding credit, employment, background, pets, and number of tenants moving in.
5. Avoid confusion by providing accurate information.
6. If any Monies/deposits are exchanged in good faith based on application or to move in, it is absolutely NONREFUNDABLE if tenant backs out or changes their mind for ANY REASON.

f. Additional non-refundable fee equal to 1 month's rent and deposit required for 2nd Chance Leasing.
13. No realty fees paid, but a $100 courtesy fee given to referring realtors with rental.
14. Showings by appointment only between 10 am-2:30 pm Monday-Saturday.
15. Application fee: $75 per proposed occupant 18 years old and older- non-refundable.
16. $150 administration fee added to accepted applications for move-in.
17. No fee equal to 1 month's rent required for move-in if no credit/background issues.
18. Pet Fee: $200-$400, along with $25-$45 monthly pet rent per pet.
19. Strict requirements for documentation of emotional support animals.
20. No internet certificates accepted for emotional support animals.
21. ESA letter or Service Dog letter required from in-state doctor for service animals.
22. Landlord may request Reasonable Accommodation Form for ESA.
23. Licensee verification conducted for all ESAs.
24. If there is exchange of any money towards the rental of this property it is nonrefundable !
