Worthington Neighborhood Summary

Much of Worthington’s charm comes from its historic beginnings. Some of the first pioneers in Ohio established the town, a fact that is reflected in the town’s layout, architecture, and active Historical Society. The weekend farmer’s market runs during the warmer seasons, selling fresh produce and locally made crafts. The Worthington Arts Council also sponsors a number of shows and projects, including a Victorian Costume Day, outdoor poetry readings, and public murals. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can hike into the city via the Olentangy Trail, which begins in Worthington and ends in Downtown Columbus. This suburb caters to those that enjoy a little peace and quiet, while still be able to easily access the city a short drive (or walk) away.

Each month, using over 1 million Rentable listings across the United States, we calculate the median 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rent prices by city, state, and nation, and track the month-over-month percent change. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
