The property managers and maintenance are very intrusive. Have you ever heard of household inspections where they take pictures of your sinks and bathrooms? That's what this property does every 30 days. They make you pay for everything replaced and still have no respect for tenants privacy. Needing low income housing is not a crime; and you should not be treated like a criminal just because they are getting money from Uncle Sam. But that's exactly how I felt. If someone told me I would have to endure household inspection after inspection I would have said NO Thank You! Hope this helps someone.

The renovation looks beautiful I just wish there weren't so many kids playing thru the parking lot. I'm always afraid I'll hit one
I really like how I can control the heat/air/fan in any room to be a different tempture
