I absolutely love the location and all that it had to offer. Staff was extremely responsive. However, I had the worst experience during the application process. Christine was incredibly dismissive, and was not transparent about requirements. Often times, she would interrupt me or talk over me will talking via phone. If possibly, work with someone else while applying.

My stay there was truly great. The staff are super friendly and responsive. I had to relocate before my lease expired and Demaree the manager worked closely with me to re-rent the apartment right away. I ended up didn't have to pay any penalties for early cancellation. This place has to be the most pleasant experience I have had, after 7-8 apartment communities I have lived in. Highly recommend.

Kenwood Olde Towne is a great complex very nice apartments with lots of space in a safe area. My husband lived there for 5 years and I lived there for 3 and we both enjoyed our time. As with any apartment complex, there were minor issues from time to time but they were always resolved quickly by the maintenance man, Greg. Demaree is the property manager and she is awesome. She always responds quickly to questions/concerns and makes sure to help everyone feel at home.

Lived here in 1984 because it was a safer place
than Hyde Park square at the time believe it or not. Also wanted to be close to my mom who lived down Miami avenue in Indian Hill. I lived on Shaw Avenue in Hyde park and an incident occurred where me and a girl I knew dropped me off at my house on Shaw and a man came up to the car and tried to steal money. So I moved to kenwood . Later I applied to live here again with my husband to be and got accepted but then declined. I always regretted that I declined cause I really thought highly of Olde Towne. I was single then and 25. Today Im married and 58 so we own a house. My point is this definitely , as was said., a nice safe peaceful place to live in a very nice safe location. And I had lived in apartments twenty two years before I married and I can say this is one of the best.
