Lived at the Gramercy for six months ending in November. Chose to rent there due to proximity to work and ability to get a shorter lease length. The leasing office was responsive and my only maintenance issue was resolved the next day. If I wasn't relocating states, I would have gladly stayed there for longer. I had no issues with management or other tenants. People were mostly quiet, but those you passed in the halls were always friendly. It's certainly more expensive than options living 15-30 minutes away from the central business district, but I felt it provided plenty of value and convenience during the summer as events starting popping up downtown again.

I lived at Gramercy for close to 3.5 years and moved out only because I was relocating. I had a great time staying here. The maintenance was always prompt, they did a lot of useful renovations while my residency here and had an attached parking garage. The leasing staff was friendly and always helpful. The rent was reasonable for a prime spot in downtown too. They also upgraded the security professionals for the building after feedback from the community residents. Other awesome amenities I enjoyed was coffee machine and parcel lockers. And it was at walking distance from many attractions, however, 1.5 years of those were spent in pandemic so the downtown got really deserted and inactive. One thing that landlords of course can't be held responsible for, is the homeless population around here increased three fold. And if you work in KY, then you can't imagine the traffic that you will have to deal with either ways on Brent Spencer Bridge. Stay in KY if you work in KY.

I moved to Gramercy in January after doing an apartment search fully online and needing accommodation for a short term lease. The leasing office was fully transparent during this process and even negotiated with me an offer for a one bedroom apartment that suited my budget and my needs. I had an amazing experience during signing, moving in, and living in my apartment, and moving out. My apartment was clean upon move in, super spacious and had lots of natural daylight. I never had any maintenance issues during my stay but the leasing office was very attentive and timely to any issues and correspondence. All in all, I FULLY recommend the Gramercy and other Towne Properties communities as a great place to live!! The true reason I am giving this property 5 stars is because of the outstanding customer service I received from the property manager, Arielle Curry. Upon move out from my apartment, I mistakenly left behind my internet router which I should have returned to Cincinnati Bell. Arielle was able to remove my router from my apartment and keep it on my behalf until Cincinnati Bell could send a box in which to return in. After back and forth for over a month with CB customer service and this box never arriving, Arielle handled the situation with her contacts at CB and had someone pick up the box within a day and saved me a HEFTY unreturned equipment charge which CB was trying to make me pay even after the router had been returned. Arielle took it upon herself to help me with the situation even though she had no liability, she heard my frustrations and acted swiftly to resolve the situation. This is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with with apartment management and with renting an apartment. Rest assured that by choosing the Gramercy, you will be living in a community that values and respects you as a resident.

The Gramercy is a great place to live! I moved to the complex from the east coast without seeing the property (except online). Chelsea was absolutely amazing and made the move extremely easy. I also have worked with Arielle, who is very nice and easy to work with! The building is very clean and quiet and is in a great location. The resident event that I attended was very fun, and the individuals who lived in the building were friendly. There is a parking garage attached to the building, which is great. There is also a hospital shuttle about a 5 minute walk from the building that takes you directly to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, which is very convenient! Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone!
