Since March of 2018, I have been a resident at The Estates At Fernview, and my experience here has been nothing short of Pleasant, warm and welcoming! From the Management (Cindy Meyer), Maintenance Staff (Dan) and the neighbors that share this community with me. I am centrally located within minutes of where I need to go with respect to my Family, Job and preferred shopping venues. More importantly, the quiet and comfort that me and my neighbors share here has been nothing but amazing in my opinion! I lived here for almost 5 years previously and loved the community, staff, and apartment manager. I moved away for a couple years for a new job, and when I decided to move back to Cincinnati, there was nowhere else I wanted to live other than The Estates of Fernview. I've been back here now for 5 months and still love it here. The staff is amazing, always available and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous, really pretty landscaping and surrounded by trees. There is a really nice neighborhood right next to the complex where I feel safe walking my dog. And speaking of which, they do allow pets here, which was the biggest selling point for me. Lastly, my apartment manager is just the best, she is super friendly and helpful and very involved in the community.
