Love living at Monmouth Row. The location is excellent, one has access to great activities and views at a walking distance. The building itself is very well maintained and build. I do not hear any of my neighbors. I have not had any issues either. Staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond.
Everyone who lives here are always friendly which just adds to the whole atmosphere of what it is to live in Monmouth Row.
Rosie and her team are always so helpful! I always feel that my needs are met very quickly and I feel safe as a tenant here.

We loved living in Monmouth Row! The property manager, Rosie, was extremely attentive, professional, and always followed up. We had few maintenance issues over the two years we lived there, but when we did, they were fixed quickly and efficiently. Whenever we had any questions Rosie was quick to help. Glenn and Randy with maintenance were the best weve ever had! We always felt safe and cared for at Monmouth Row! Just a short walk to Newport on the Levee and we loved walking to reds games! Highly recommend if youre looking for somewhere close to downtown!

Lived here for the past 3 and a half years. If we weren't relocating to another state we'd renew. Great location a block away from so much to do on the levee, and only a 30 minute walk from downtown. With the South Bank shuttle only $1 you can get to downtown in less time. The apartment layouts are very open with a house sized kitchen, plenty of space for me, my partner, and our two pets. The property manager Rosie is the best we've ever worked with. Very attentive, quick to respond, and always follows up. Any issues we'd have were followed up and fixed promptly (usually the same day). Property is clean, safe, and just excellent. I've never left a review for any apartments I've lived in until now, only because this was such a great experience.
