EDIT: The other person that disagreed wit my review about the smoking clearly doesnt read the lease cus there are NO desigated smoking areas allowed since they didnt mark that option on the lease. IT says any where in THE PROPERTY LINE is not allowed and the parking lot is in that line. Read your lease ppl!! Upper management should enforce or change it for the next lease renewal cus they arent even allowed to have a "designated smoking area". I will be going to upper management if this is not recognized or enforced. -- Beautiful building, wonderful wonderful amenities BUT th staff is not great. Maintenance takes weeks to get simple things done. Also one of the elder ladies working the front desk, Betsy, smokes right outside the building when the area including the parking lot attached to the back of the building is supposed to be smoke free. Had to walk past her smoking and residence because they don't enforce the rules makes me nauseas and people have kids so thats not good. Staff is also very rude and doesn't know how to communicate nicely

I give The Renaissance Apartments the highest number of stars not just because the building and the amenities are wonderful, but also because the staff is fantastic and makes us all feel like family. We have lived here for six years and my husband and I think that Betsy and her whole crew are GEMS. They are attentive in every way and respond as quickly as possible to any and all needs, and they are always friendly and cheerful no matter the circumstances. I have never seen such a superb level of management anywhere else, ever! I do not know at all the person who wrote the most recent review, but I strongly disagree with it. Maintenance is excellent here. The building is kept very clean and in good repair , and service needs are always taken care of as promptly as possible. And, by the way , the complaint about smoking is invalid since the area mentioned IS a designated smoking area that all smokers in the building have used for years. Thanks, Betsy and staff, for all you do for us! We love living at the Renaissance!

I've lived here for a few years now and can say without a doubt it's the best experience I've had renting by far! The leasing and maintenance staff are always great to work with and go out of their way to greet you and help however they can. The building is in a perfect spot sandwiched between OTR to your north and CBD to your south, giving you tons of things to do within walking distance. On top of all of this, the building has some great amenities free to use - a rooftop with grills and a refrigerator for relaxing during the summer months, a fitness center with treadmills and weights, and an Entertainment Room that you can reserve to host events with a full kitchen, pool table, big screen, and more! I can't recommend enough choosing The Renaissance when looking for your next place to rent!

This Building is very well managed any problem I have is taken care of immediately. The front desk women are so kind and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and roomy! Overall I love this place, in my opinion you really cant ask for more.
