I only lived here for 6 months, but I loved every minute of it. It's in a great location with a convenient parking garage behind my building. The garage is very well maintained, clean and safe, however the company that manages the billing, is very poorly run. They are a mess. But this review isn't about them. The apartments are updated with modern finishes. Washer and dryer in unit and wood floors. Plenty of storage. And my building was well insulated, noise and heat. I only turned on my heat when the temp really dropped. Molly manages the apartments and she is very personable, responsive and accommodating. Joe maintains the apartments. He always has a smile on his face and kept the grounds and apartments in great shape. My neighbors were pretty quiet. A mix of ages. Everyone I met was super nice. They also allow pets. I have a small dog and took the second floor so we could easily access the garden area via the stairs. Yes, they have a garden area for your pup, provide bags and the dumpsters are right there as well. So convenient! It worked out great that she had somewhere for a quick potty break.
