Good: Property is nicely maintained. Apartment upgrades are nice (although the work was shoddy). It is quiet. Maintenance staff is top notch. Good location....
Good: Property is nicely maintained. Apartment upgrades are nice (although the work was shoddy). It is quiet. Maintenance staff is top notch. Good location.
Bad: Management does very little to communicate with residents. During COVID, there was no information shared about closure/reopening of facilities. Beware if you rent a garage. Since there's no contract, they can (and will) raise the rent without telling you. If you get a spare set of keys, make sure you know where they are otherwise they will charge you $100 on move out. They make residents change their own furnace filters (you have to go to the office to get one). This seems ridiculous given how much residents pay to live in this complex. They also do not check smoke detectors or change batteries. Again, residents have to do it. I spoke with an attorney and was told this is illegal and.. to my mind.. extremely unsafe. Who knows whether residents change their batteries in smoke detectors? There are also a good number of older tenants in this complex so I can't imagine its exactly a great idea for them to get up on a ladder to change batteries in a smoke detector.
Weve lived here for 9 month and love the community. Staff is friendly and maintenance is quick.
