- MINIMUM Tenant Qualifications: 1.) All applicants must have a credit score above 675 (every occupant above the age of 19 must complete an application) AND 2.) A gross monthly household income of 2-1/2x monthly rent ($6,500 monthly income). BOTH of these qualifications must be met and are non-negotiable.
