I've lived at the 5940 kenmore location for over a year. It's a fairly nice, well-kept space. Victor, maintenance, and even managers of other buildings have been very responsive and accommodating.
Anytime I've reached out for anything, they've gotten back to me same day with a solution and taken care of it that day or the next.

We are going on our 4th year living in the Lisle units and we love it! Victor and Anto are always available, understanding and keep the units well maintained all year long. I love that it is a smaller complex area with familiar faces, everyone is pleasant. When we moved in, the apartment was recently updated and pet friendly! What we thought would be temporary situation is now going on 4 years, because we are happy with the neighbors, area and owners.

I've lived at their location in Willowbrook since the day they acquired that building. That's i think my sixth year now. Victor has been available at all times whenever i had an issue with anything around the apartment. They renovated the kitchen and living room area prior to me moving in and later installed new balcony doors.
Victor and his father, Anto, are very understanding and open minded and definitely pleasant people to work with. I've lived in plenty of other apartment buildings, but nowhere did i get the feeling like i was part of a community.
They keep their buildings clean and safe, which is a must have if you want to have a family oriented living space.

This review is long overdue. I've lived at the Lexington building for 2.5 years and have overall really enjoyed my stay here. The landlord and his family, (especially Victor!) are always there by phone to help you whenever you need. The building overall is older but is maintained very well. Washing machines and dryers work and when there's an issue with anything, it's fixed almost immediately. In the winter time, the driveway is plowed and the sidewalks are shoveled as soon as it stops snowing and have never had an issue getting my car out. There's also plenty of parking.
I live on the first floor/half basement level and really enjoy my apartment. While it can be nosy in the mornings due to the trash trucks heading to the nearby ACE hardware store, it is an overall very quiet neighborhood. My building only has about 12 units, which was a big deal for me. I feel like the close community makes it feel homier somehow. The biggest reason why I chose this place over other nearby apartments was the affordability as well as the safety factor. As a single female, I feel comfortable walking around the area by myself. Not sure why the other reviews are so bad, but I would definitely recommend living here. Plus, you know, free heat in the winter. :)

15W630 Lexington St Elmhurst. I recently signed a lease in this building & was impressed at how well maintained the building is. My unit was freshly painted and move in ready . The bathroom was completely updated & looks great! Victor has also been very accessible to answer my questions through out the rental process.

Maintenance requests go unanswered and as I write this we have been without running water for 18 hours. The landlords and building maintenance never answer their phones and do not return phone calls.
Literally the worst building in Chicago. Cockroaches, bed bugs and a bait and switch.
