I've lived here for about 6 months now. None of the promises when I moved in about repairs to my apartment have been fulfilled,...
I've lived here for about 6 months now. None of the promises when I moved in about repairs to my apartment have been fulfilled, and none of the maintenance issue that has to do with electrical and plumbing have been addressed... then as I go to pay my rent this month the new manager tried to charge me $50 saying the price of living has gone up. I have 6 months left of my lease and now ur trying to scam me into an illegal rent increase.... I hope my neighbors didn't fall for it! not to mention the crime rate, in the past week alone the cops have been here three times, and not in a simple crime watch way either, I'm talking 3/4 deep and don't think about leaving anything on ur porches if u want to find it there again. They also filled the pool in with dirt, so it's no longer accessible. And the one manager that they have isn't even located on the property, in its office anymore but instead located at another property down the road that he is in charge of as well, so they have no idea or care in the world about this one! And don't try to even contact the owner about ongoing issues, I was told straight out that he wouldn't be calling me back and doesn't care about my issues. As soon as this lease is up, I'm moving next door at least the chalets new owners follow the landlord tenant laws.
