Abysmal. We have a rotating door of property managers. You never know from literal week to week who will be working. It's not worth learning their names anymore or introducing yourself. In the time we've lived here there has been a MINIMUM of 10 property managers ranging from a week to almost a year. Sarah was THE best and only effective one to date.
Constant invasion of maintenance men who reek of cigarette smoke and sweat and whom wear no covers on their shoes when entering so they always track in dirt, mud, debris. Want to have maintenance enter while you're in the shower? Yeah, it happens! Loud, obnoxious vehicles idling forever? Car systems that shake the walls? Lack of parking because of non-residents taking the few spaces? We've got all that! Handicap accessible entryways? Not on all causeways! High electric bills? You betcha! More than we've ever paid and we moved from a 1000sqft 2 bed house into a 644sqft 1 bed apartment. Electric bill is 40-50% MORE. Makes no sense.
Dark, unsafe mailbox area with zero lighting? We have that too! How about shared laundry with poorly functioning machines that you have to pay multiple times to dry your clothes! And as a bonus - people will come and remove your items and place them on a counter or different machine. It's always fun to arrive within 3-5 mins of your drying cycle to find your clothing has been touched by strangers.
How about an electronic memo/alert system? No. They're still living in the paper age. Complaints about drug use or noise? Good luck! The rates go up every year and every year nothing gets better. The property is a dump. The dog "park" is an oversized cage that almost no one uses. The dog wash was used by maintenance to rinse paint supplies and is not something I would let my dog set paw inside!
Many balconies are unsafe, rotting and moldy. They hire the cheapest companies and get the cheapest quality possible to make the property appear nice. Do not fall for it! There are no cameras to protect you in case of incident. Early 2021 a female resident in building A was followed to her door and held at gunpoint, robbed and luckily was physically unharmed because she cooperated. Nothing was done to add security or safety to our complex. They just gaffed it off. Other complexes get on site Courtesy Officer's but not here. Cars get riffled through and more than a few cars have been struck in the parking lot because people speed past the clubhouse where there's no speed reducers. The guy below us moved in and his second night here woke up and his tail light was in pieces on the ground.
