I don't like not having mgr on site, that was a big factor in renting at Northshore Flats. It's hard to get in touch with Lori, the trainees don't know who I am, Lori does. Thank God for the maintenance man, Kyle, he keeps this place functioning like a fine tuned engine, I went to ask about sandbox tenant had left, OMG, toxic waste seeping from the ceiling, floors, walls, he didn't even complain, said he'd make it new again, WOW. I hope the owner knows what a asset he is and shows it in his pay!!! Especially since there's no on site mgr. I hope we get Lori back soon.

It's a mediocre place to live. Since my wife and I moved there in May, our utilities have been cut off at least 20 times for "maintenance". They will enter your apartment at least twice monthly with little or no notice at all. The utility cut offs happen with less than 24 hours notice. So be mindful if you don't like your privacy invaded on at least a biweekly basis. Managers change like underwear also.
