I've lived here a long time, this community has totally gone down hill. The management has all changed, the property now accepts all kinds of dogs - no matter weight. Bring on the pitbulls! There is a torn up playground for kids with 2 gas grills I've never seen anyone use. The neighborhood doesn't spray for mosquitoes, so you better spay everyday yourself. My unit had an infestation of mice, with loads of mice turds all over the kitchen. This means there were tons of little holes and cracks in the walls for mice to come in. I call for help and it takes 4 days to get some help. So yes, I had to set out a load of mice traps. The WATERBUGS - you know the big ones? They are everywhere and I know lots of neighbors with the same issues. Now on the amedities... there is the ragged playground and currently the pool is closed by the MECKLENBURG DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, so no clue on that. I don't trust the pool chemicals to let my child get in the pool anymore. Also, there is an open bathroom here by the pool so that lets lots of roaming people using the bathroom off the greenway located right behind the playground. Yes, lots of room for questionable activities happening. The greenway has made an open door to random people just coming onto the property at all hours. Last week about 5 car windows were broken into over night with windows busted out. The crime has really ramped up around here. I've never seen it this bad - lots and lots of people are moving. My 2 bedroom is close to $1400 a month with the water payment, pet and trash. My lease is up and now the rent is raising again and you can look forward to that happening. If you are looking to move here - you are better off finding a place with amenities, nice pool, gym, better schools and clubhouse. Also, if you have kids, the neighborhood schools are very questionable with low ratings. Research the schools too for yourself. I am trying to forewarn you about this place, so please do your research and find better. My final rap up - high crime, dirty, not worth the money, mesquite pit, mice infested, rough schools, old buildings have gone down hill. KEEP LOOKING. (I'm movin asap)

I'd love to give a 5 star rating, but unfortunately I cannot because of the PEST problem here. I know for a fact that there are roaches in *multiple* apartments. I've seen roaches immediately upon moving into my apartment, so I know that the issue is not me. You are required to pay a monthly pest control fee which covers roach treatment, but they DO come back! Other than that, the staff are exceptional and the apartments are in a great community and located close to all of the amenities you need. But the ROACHES, smh....
