It is available now and would require at least a 12-month lease agreement.
This is a freshly renovated Studio Loft apartment. We just replaced the flooring and carpeting, and the entire apartment has been freshly painted. The apartment is located on the second floor of our family home, but it is a completely separate living space. It has a separate entrance to come and go as you please. You will have privacy at all times. We can't see/hear you, and you can't see/hear us. You will have full access to the entire upstairs apartment, as well as all of the neighborhood amenities.
We are Nestled in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in South Charlotte. Our loft apartment is very close to the airport and an easy drive to Uptown. Also, we are within walking distance to public transportation (bus) nearby shopping, restaurants, and grocery store!
