I just moved into this complex. I really enjoy the community here. Apartment are a nice size with good storage space. Renovated nicely. Dakota has been a great help with the move in process, she is very responsible and a pleasure to be around. Great communication over all. You can tell this complex cares about their tentants. Id say this is one of the best deals in charleston!

If all 5 stars can represent Ms. Tangie the Asst. Property manager Id give it! After some time of trying to get transition into my apartment she made sure of it. Shes very professional, great with the tenants, and shows she care about her work. Although you cant see your apartment until lease signing day which I find to be very much red flags for me. The layout online states stackable washer and dryer connection my unit doesnt have a connection at all. But I must say if you are in transition from homelessness to getting your head above water this here will be a great fit. The best part of this for me was meeting Ms. Tangie she needs to be the property manager the experience with the actual property manager was not organized or professional!
