First of all, they will rip you off. The rents are very high, & they conceal the fact that you also have to pay for water, garbage, sewer, and all this other crap. Who ever heard of paying for that stuff at an apartment! They lie to you an tell you its only $30/mo, but it comes out to $80/mo, so tack that onto your rent. The outside company that does the billing also charges $10 fee for setup and another monthly fee. Plus there is a fee for turning energy into heat. What the hell?! They dont tell you about the $10 laundry card you are forced to buy. And laundry is $2.50 load. Lastly, the place has cockroaches everywhere. Stay away!
