The Apartments are nestled in a quiet residential part of Union Ave. I didn't have any complaints of any of my neighbors, and the common areas are great for pets. The complex is not that old, but the wood exteriors haven't worn well and balconies have deteriorated. My only issue has been the spiders that I killed at least 1 per week, even though the outside was sprayed. I think it's the numerous bushes but they were not the polite house spiders but rather the fast fury kind that climb.
Overall, living here wasn't bad. Good luck communicating with the leasing office though. I've had several issues getting them to return calls and emails....

The grounds are well-kept. It looks like a very nice place to live, and pet friendly.

And close to three major grocery stores, Trader Joe's, Safeway, and Lunardi's, which has the best deli sandwiches as far as grocery store Deli's go. The woodleaf team, David and Carey are Rockstars and the service team is top notch! Id recommend living here for sure.
